I'll start Wisp, the Stray; also Wynter and Wei --> Just amazing work overall with beautiful graphics; 3 characters in 1 mod. His unique ability (pipe) is very weak. So why I mention him here? Well it's definitely the best CLIMATIC mod character for SW. He just looks awesome smoking his pipe and sailing... That or the character gimmick bores me to death so i stop playing after just a few days and go back to playing Maxwell or Webber.
